Shipping policy

Q: Where do you ship from and where do you ship to?
A: My studio is in Olympia, Washington, USA. I ship to the US and Canada. 

Q: How much is your shipping?
A: Shipping to the US is free and Canadian shipping is based on the carrier and speed that the customer chooses. 

Q: How long does an order usually take to ship once it has been placed and how long is the average shipping time?
A: I fulfill orders within 1-3 days of being placed and shipping times vary by carrier and destination. Domestic can take up to 14 days depending on carrier and desired speed. International orders can take up to 24 days with combined handling and shipping time on average.  

Q: What carriers do you ship with? 
A: Domestic shipping to the USA is via USPS and UPS. International is through USPS and DHL. 

Q: What if my item is damaged during shipping?
A: You will be sent a return label and a replacement and its tracking information will be sent once the tracking shows that the carrier has received the item being returned. Please send me a photo of the packaging (inside and out) and the item, so I can file a claim with the carrier. Once the photo is received, I will authorize the return, create the return label, and email it to you. This kind of replacement does not come with an additional cost. 

Q: Are there any items in your International Minis collection that are drop shipped? 
A: No! All items are physically located at and shipped from the studio!
